Take a break from nature at the Zoo des Sables, an eco-zoo just a stone's throw from the beaches, where you can meet 500 exotic animals.

The oasis by the sea! The Zoo des Sables awaits the amateurs just a step from the ocean in a green preserved environment. Fauna and flora have found here a real island of greenery dedicated to the study and protection of biodiversity. Alongside century-old trees and lush vegetation, 500 rare animals inhabit this oasis: Atlas lions, Kordofan giraffes, Amur panthers, monkeys, maned wolves, red pandas, giant anteaters, armadillos and other birds will make you discover a fascinating world. With a surface area of 700 m², the Oceania aviary is home to animals from South-East Asia and Australia: small deer, ibises and lorikeets. When you enter this unusual place, you will find yourself totally immersed in a world populated by a multitude of birds and feed the multicolored parrots yourself. Dive into a fascinating and playful world! During animal feedings, the educational team will share its passion with you and help you discover tapirs, lemurs, penguins and other wolves. Children will play with interactive games, sniff unusual smells, feel footprints on the ground or ride wooden sculptures. Along the way, panels and animations make the visitor aware of eco-conservation. In addition to its commitment to the protection of exotic and local biodiversity, it is one of the rare zoos to address the notion of respect for the environment at its highest level.
