Residence near the embankment and the big beach where the apartments are equipped with all the comfort

Ideal location for this residence, located just steps away from the embankment - behind the large buildings - and the large beach, close to the city centre. Additional reason to reserve its parking place, because the places are expensive on the Blossac course in the summer season. A small, human-sized residence whose apartments have all the comforts with kitchenette, bathroom and living room equipped with TV and wifi internet access.

En plein centre ville à 5à m de la grande plage idéal pour aller faire du surf en basse saison d'autant que le parking a cette période est gartuit

Une chambre simple avec canapé lit et deux lits superposés dans l'entrée. Il est intéressant de pouvoir cuisiner pour éviter les frais de restaurant. Assez pratique avec des enfants en bas âge, la promenade sur le remblai et la plage sont accessibles à quelques mètres. A noter que le parking est gratuit hors saison.

Idéalement placé, pas très loin de la plage et du remblai. Appartement très correct et propre à des prix hors saison très accessibles. L'avantage c'est que l'on peut faire sa cuisine car les appartements disposent de petites kitchenettes.
