In a menu that follows the seasons, Marie-Pierre announces an œuf cocotte with pan-fried foie gras and Vendée truffles, followed by a duck confit risotto, to be paired with one of our fine wines. Daring dessert: celery confit with apple juice, chocolate cream, vanilla-celery ice cream, apple espuma.
