Fish restaurant offering tasty cuisine in the fishing port of Les Sables-d'Olonne.
In the heart of the fishing port, the façade immediately announces the restaurant's specialty: seafood. Indeed, a fish and shellfish bench. A rather unique restaurant concept: here, you choose the fish you want to eat from the stall in front of the restaurant, with fillet of sea bass, skate wing, St. Pierre, turbot, lean, red tuna, sardines, scallops, monkfish, sole... depending on what arrives. The restaurant's decor is inspired by the sea, and the fish tank is home to blue lobster and crab.

Restaurant choisi par hasard, attirées par sa devanture et la belle étale de poissons variés... Petit coup d'œil sur la carte et nous voilà accueillies par un personnel très agréable et souriant. Tout, dès l'entrée fut un véritable délice... Soupe de poisson gourmande, sardines à la plancha absolument délicieuses, trio de poissons hyper fins et frais pour finir avec une mousse au chocolat aérienne et gourmande à souhait... un sans-faute dans l'assiette, mais aussi en salle où le personnel (et même les cuisiniers) nous a conquises !

Excellente table, mets raffinés, service attentionné, sans oublier les deux visages souriants qui nous accueillent à l'extérieur. nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
