Hotel rooms and modern cuisine based on local products in a beautiful restaurant in Le Boupère.
In a former coaching inn, a fine Maître Restaurateur restaurant and 8 hotel rooms. Modern, high-quality cuisine, using mostly local produce. At lunchtime, there's a special menu to keep workers happy, while the other menus show off the chef's palette, such as the saddle of rabbit with "Epicoeur" mustard sauce and cabbage-butternut-apricot puff pastry. We were delighted by the lime fromage blanc mousse, madeleine with rapeseed oil and saffron-curcuma brioche. A fine selection of organic wines and a dining cellar.

J'ai déjà donné mon avis il y a un moment, ça ne change pas, ce restaurant reste pour moi le meilleur gastronomiquement ,toujours de nouvelles découvertes culinaires à chaque fois. Je recommande très vivement. ????
