The elegant dining room with terrace overlooking the château in the heart of the park, offers a setting worthy of the fine cuisine of talented chef Valentin Morice. Inventive cuisine and vegetable desserts as daring as they are delicious: monkfish brined with sake, leeks like a cheesecake, herbaceous milk with smoked fish roe or chevreau de Vendée with savory, garden beet tatin with pomegranate molasses and crispy celeriac, celery caramel, Tonka bean ice cream.
