Une habitude pour nous de venir manger ici à chaque passage à La Tranche. Une valeur sûre ! Et le changement de propriétaire au printemps dernier ne nous fait pas changer d'avis, bien au contraire, on s'est vraiment régalé. Que des bons produits bien travaillés. En entrée, une très bonne terrine aux 2 saumons et un excellent mille-feuilles de chèvre (mmmm ce chèvre). En plat, très bon poulet en croûte de cacahuètes et wasabi avec nouilles, jus de viande et sauce soja. Gourmands, on s'est accordé une assiette de fromages avant le dessert, un super riz au lait vanille encore chaud comme celui que me faisait ma grand-mère le mercredi midi et une très bonne tarte tatin à la poire. Et tout ça accompagné d'un bon vin. Bref, un très bon moment, tout est bon, très bon et même excellent pour certains plats. En prime la musique est sympa et le service est impeccable. Une critique ? La salle mériterait un petit coup de jeune mais on mange tellement bien qu'on s'en fout de la déco.
