The name of this new wine bar, set to open on rue Lafayette in early 2023, leaves no doubt as to what this establishment is all about, and that's just as well! You'll appreciate the warm look of the wooden furniture surrounded by bottle racks: a room on the first floor, and a space upstairs. The two creators, both wine enthusiasts, offer wines from all grape varieties, from Bordeaux to Loire, via Rhône Valley or Languedoc wines, selected mostly directly from the winegrower, to be accompanied by charcuterie boards.

A wine cellar, wine bar and restaurant concept: that's what this national brand, based in the Halles district of Paris, is all about. You'll find quality wines (essentially as natural as possible) packaged in bag-in-box (BIB). It's easy to think that nothing beats bottled wine, but you've got to get over your prejudices about BIBs, and Laurent will convince you to give it a try. The other good news is the high-quality, home-cooked cuisine on offer at weekends.
