Let yourself be carried away by their seasonal, tasty and daring gastronomic cuisine, such as their butter-roasted lamb sweetbreads, followed by their pearly cod bisque with grapefruit, carrot and buckwheat mousseline, which you can pair with one of Théo's selected wines.
