Lovers of fine dining, here's a new address that's sure to delight your taste buds. Jean, the chef, and Théo, a sommelier by training, are childhood friends who decided to return to their Vendée roots after working in some very fine establishments, including a Michelin 3-star for Jean. Let yourself be carried away by their seasonal, tasty and daring gastronomic cuisine, such as their butter-roasted lamb sweetbreads, followed by their pearly cod bisque with grapefruit, carrot and buckwheat mousseline, which you can pair with one of Théo's selected wines.

Tout fut excellent, dans un très bon rapport qualité/prix, accueil sympa, décontracté tout en étant professionnel.
C'était la 1ère fois que nous y allions, et il est très probable que nous trouvions le temps d'y retourner.

PS : la modération sur le critère "Ambiance" ne vaut que pour la situation du restaurant lui-même, rien à voir avec l'équipe elle-même, sa cuisine et l'attention à ses hôtes, PARFAITES !
