Where to practice an individual sport Damvix

From Damvix, three circuits: Vals d'Autize (33 km), des écluses (20 km), des frênes (20 km), which will take you through the wet marsh to enjoy the splendid landscapes. From Le Mazeau, the Garennes circuit (26 km) will take you to visit the characteristic ports and harbors of the region. The port of Courdault will be the starting point of the towpath circuit (16 km) which will take you along the old towpaths. The Ragondins circuit (16 km) starts in Saint-Pierre-le-Vieux and will take you on a small loop between marshes and plains.
