Many chefs in the Vendée call upon Pauline and her skills in culinary plants and integrate them into original recipes. Edible flowers and fine herbs will add a touch of soul to your dishes. From April to October, on the first Monday of each month, groups of 10 to 15 people can attend the guided tours and taste the amazing plants of Pauline's farm. The tour begins with a presentation of the business, an explanation of permaculture and you will discover and taste the various plants of the moment.
