Magda and Sébastien have made L'Écume Gourmande one of the best tables in the Vendée! We love the value for money, the garden terrace and the service. An award-winning Maître Restaurateur, Sébastien's cuisine is modern, flavorful and daring: foie gras marbled with smoked tuna, Kamok jelly, then duck in 3 ways (filet au sautoir, leg confit 36h, crispy gizzard), raspberry jus. Delicious trompe-l'œil desserts like pine cone with Valrhona hazelnut, Dulcey and pine sap. For wine, trust Magda.

Tout est parfait, aucune remarque, que du bonheur, mets raffinés, un régal pour les yeux et notre palais.
Nous sommes venus 5 ou 6 fois et c'est toujours excellent , menus variés, service rapide et personnel sympathique. Merci à vous et continuez à poursuivre l'art de nous régaler
