For 30 years, we've been making traditional Vendée pastry specialties, such as brioche: traditional, croissant-style puff pastry, nugget brioche and wedding brioche. Another flagship product is the "fion à l'ancienne", a traditional Easter dessert made with eggs and milk, typical of the western Vendée region and based on a family recipe. Other flagship products include fouasse, gâche, gâteau minute and bottereaux (doughnuts), while our savoury range includes préfou, a bread filled with garlic butter for aperitifs.
