In this shop, we make in the respect of the tradition, pastry specialities from the Vendée such as the brioche: traditional, puff pastry croissant type, with nuggets and the wedding brioche. Another flagship product is the fion à l'ancienne, a traditional Easter dessert made from eggs and milk, typical of the western Vendee, made from a family recipe that requires perfect mastery of cooking and know-how. Other flagship products: fouasse, gâche and préfou, bread filled with garlic butter to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
