A gastronomic table in a comfortable hotel. We appreciate the inner courtyard where we can eat under the stars in summer. Cosy room for cold days. You can start, in winter, with a fricassee of Maine snails and mushrooms of the moment, vegetable mousseline and sweet garlic emulsion or a salmon maki with crab and small vegetables, to follow with a grilled duck breast then lacquered with honey and breaded with dried fruits reduced juice and new vegetables or a back of Breton hake, vegetable shortbread tart, reduced shellfish bisque butter. Desserts are not to be outdone!

Nous n'avons testé que le restaurant avec le nouveau propriétaire. La cuisine change de l'ancien restaurant mais elle reste de qualité. Copieux, bon et original. Accueil toujours agréable. Ce n'est plus comme avant mais j'y retournai surement.
