At the helm, Sony and Romain compose burgers, salads, wraps, bagels and pastries cooked on site. All in an environmentally-friendly approach. They also use eco-labelled cleaning products, cardboard straws and glasses, and wooden boards. The bread comes from boulangerie Vaugeois and the beef from boucherie Boul is ground on site.
