In the kitchen, it is Thierry Janvier who prepares his dishes for you: homemade duck foie gras, back of cod roasted on his skin, with Madagascar vanilla emulsion, deer stew with chanterelles... Don't skip the cheese: the tray is rich with a good dozen different varieties. As for dessert, you will have the choice between an iced soufflé with tangerine, a thin apple pie and its gingerbread ice cream or the métis (chocolate speciality and crème brûlée).
