LE MANS ESPACE COMBAT

French boxing courses (descendante descendante) - which are practiced with fists and feet - take place at Bruyères complex, near South High School. It's possible to do one or two sessions and get equipment, to know if that's really the sport you want to practice. Once registered, and you start making progress, you can practise this sport in leisure, or even participate in competitions. It is in any case according to the desires and abilities of each.
