Here, the "Anjou" knife is made, invented by Bruno, master knife maker. His workshop is located in an old lock keeper's house and offers knife sharpening and maintenance courses (1 hour) and above all the original experience of making your own knife. In a half-day workshop, you will discover the different steps: cutting, assembling, adjusting, polishing, sharpening. You choose for the handle: olive, birch, acacia, pear, walnut, elm, juniper... The blade will be in steel.
