Starred restaurant offering a simple and creative cuisine with local, seasonal, regional and organic products

After working in prestigious starred restaurants, Nicolas Nobis was awarded his star in February 2011. Better make a reservation to take a seat in this contemporary, cosy and intimate room. Nicolas's cuisine is both simple and creative using local, seasonal, regional and organic produce. On the spot: duck foie gras, red fruits, beetroot and sweet pepper followed by a natural saint-pierre, fennel vinaigrette, zucchini and salicorne. For dessert: poached peach, rhubarb, verbena sorbet. Nice wine list.

Tout etait parfais!c'était la première fois que je mangeais dans 1 restaurant étoile !des produits régionaux et frais cuisinés avec soin, on ne peut qu apprécier !Le service au top, (au passage une carte cadeau pour une occasion ou une autre de l'éveil des sens vous êtes sur de faire plaisir)n'hésitez plus venez en Mayenne à Mayenne vous y reviendrez!!
