After working in prestigious starred restaurants, Nicolas Nobis was awarded his star in February 2011. Better make a reservation to take a seat in this contemporary, cosy and intimate room. Nicolas's cuisine is both simple and creative using local, seasonal, regional and organic produce. On the spot: duck foie gras, red fruits, beetroot and sweet pepper followed by a natural saint-pierre, fennel vinaigrette, zucchini and salicorne. For dessert: poached peach, rhubarb, verbena sorbet. Nice wine list.
