L'ESCARGOTIERE

Catherine Beaumont-Souvestre is hélicicultrice. Understand that she gets snails, gris and gros that she sells every Saturday morning on the market in Laval but also at home, on the farm, cooked and fresh, all year round. We also find its productions in frozen version: in mini-bites to veined butter, jars, bowl spreads on hot toast, or candied to duck fat… And every time, we eat!
