This estate dates back to 1546, when the family began to cultivate a vineyard on the surrounding hillsides. A miller and winemaker family (Bablut means "two mills"), they abandoned flour for wine at the end of the 19th century. Since then, the generations have followed one another in cultivating bio-dynamism. Among the white wines, we find the Ordovicien whose nuances of candied fruits and smoky aromas envelop the taste buds while the cabernet rosé, which is generally appreciated young, is aged over several decades, making it an original dessert wine.
