This is the birthplace of Antoine Cristal, inventor of the "Clos Cristal", a vineyard with a unique system of perforated walls. Delicate dishes and refined flavors are the order of the day. Nettles, parsnips and Jerusalem artichokes accompany fish such as Arctic char, more common in the mountains. The menu changes with the seasons. For starters, discover duck breast stuffed with foie gras. Then roast pike-perch pavé on the skin and French toast with pommes tapées will round off your meal. We also offer a vegetarian platter with eggplant galette and black olives.
