Museum dedicated to the mushroom in Saumur, a place of production and education, to understand the secrets of the culture.
A visit to this museum will allow you to learn more about the shiny ganoderma or the hedgehog. In the heart of the tufa galleries (cool temperature, bring a little wool!), discover the culture of this mushroom farm and visit the troglodytic dwelling which hides all sorts of objects in the shape of... mushrooms! Walk through the Museum where some 500 species, harmless or fearsome, share the spotlight. Tasting and sale of fresh mushrooms are also on the program. Mushrooms will no longer hold any secrets for you!

Un joli site pour se familiariser avec la culture des champignons: De Paris, Pleurotes, Shikatés ou même des variétés plus exotiques. Ce musée est très didactique et les enfants apprécient de découvrir les secrets de champignons et la petite surprise qu'ils pourront emporter chez eux.

La visite dans la pierre de tuffeau est spectaculaire surtout pour les enfants qui n'imaginais pas comme cela la culture des champignons
