L'assiette est copieuse. Son visuel est plaisant. Gustativement, les pancakes salés (tour infernale) manquaient de saveur. Le saumon et la sauce n'avaient aucune sapidité.
La citronnade était parfaite, pas trop sucré.
Le chai ressemblait plus à celui de Starbucks que celui dégusté en Inde.
Les assiettes servies sont froides.
Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour les gros mangeur mais légèrement décevant pour le palais.
Je le referai dans l'été !
