The film opens at the entrance to this luxurious 15th-century manor house with its sobritish ambience, sprinkled with a modern decor that's just right to preserve the soul of the place. The renovation is the work of Mélanie and Hywel, passionate about the Anjou region and its wines, who offer a service that is both demanding and generous. Surrounded by vineyards and oak woods, the 8-hectare estate boasts a natural swimming pool, a vegetable garden and a henhouse, where fresh eggs are served for breakfast.

Les propriétaires anglais Mel et Hywel ont transformé la vieille maison en un joyau.
Appartements spacieux, décorés avec goût, élégants et joliment meublés, places de parking gratuites sur la propriété, piscine naturelle dans le jardin.
Un petit-déjeuner fantastique tous les jours, y compris les demandes spéciales.
Le point culminant absolu a été le menu du dîner exceptionnel et savoureux chaque jour, accompagné des recommandations de vins assorties du talentueux chef Hywel.
La famille comprend le chien bien élevé Tilly.
Mel et Hywel ont été très utiles en nous donnant des recommandations sur la nourriture, les châteaux et les établissements vinicoles. Ils proposent également un dîner délicieux et à un prix très abordable. Ça sentait bon chaque soir mais nous avions déjà réservé deux restaurants à Angers donc nous n'avons pas pu le faire avant le dernier soir - et au final nous avons adoré notre dîner et Jouralem plus que les deux restaurants étoilés Michelin. J'ai hâte d'avoir l'occasion de revenir !
