In this classically styled restaurant, conveniently located on the banks of the Loire, the flavour of the dishes matches their artistic presentation on the plate. The gourmet menu offers the opportunity to feast on a breast of pork confit accompanied by foie gras ravioli, or if you prefer a little exoticism, you can enjoy a duck fillet flavoured with sweet spices. On the fish side, in the same refined spirit, a back of cod with champagne cream or a pike-perch with white butter will not leave you indifferent, all these dishes being accompanied by delicately cooked seasonal vegetables. To finish on a sweet note, an exquisite hot and cold apple and pear au gratin with sabayon or a perfect Cointreau ice-cream will delight the taste buds. Entrée en quantité bien suffisante pour apprécier les mets .
Cuisson parfaite de la viande pour le plat,
tendre, goutue, un délice !!! légumes de saison présentés avec raffinement et apportant une jolie touche de couleur et de saveurs.
Et pour finir, les desserts sont bien dressés, ça donne envie et surtout c'est très bon!
Nous avons pris le vin au verre, ce fut la touche parfaite !
