Pascal and Geneviève installed their domain between Montjean and Pommeraye. The son Donatien joined them recently for a third generation which makes the visitors to taste the white or red anjous, gamays, cabernet, rosé rosé of Loire or Mousseux mousseux sparkling schist in the traditional method. The large and beautiful slopes that dominate the Loire, very well oriented, offer fruity wines and full of aromas (white and rosé wines). We keep our eyes closed: the Anjou slopes-de-la-Loire Pierre Carré, a real stroke of heart every year. Its dress with gold reflections is the visual expression of its chenin aromas: papaya, date, pineapple, apricot apricot, quince, cooked apples and honey. Red anjous and villages are often "black ink", velvety, tannins near absent, and know to stay on the freshness of ripe fruit.
