A must in the region, Bon Bétend Réceptions, originally created by André Bon Bétend, a former historical caterer in Angers, was taken over in 2019 by the former owner of the Villa Toussaint, Lionel Gélineau. Cocktails, reception meals, meal trays... On the menu, a reasoned choice, giving pride of place to local products, such as farm poultry with Saumur mushrooms, always supported by pretty flavors from elsewhere to be found in the sea bream ceviche, tandoori cod or veal chuck satay.
