Copious cuisine and Anjou wine in a troglodyte restaurant in Louresse-Rochemenier.

Whirlpool is the specialty of the country! And in Louresse-Rochemenier you find a troglodyte restaurant, held by the Justeau family, the Caves of la Genevraie. It is practical: It is only 100 meters away from Village Troglo. Single menu: a glass of Coteaux from the Layon, crowds to fungi, Anjou rillings, fresh butter, rillds and moglets (white beans), cheese, salad and home dessert. The whole is watered with Anjou wine. A meal so rich that it requires a small break. No Norman hole, it's not the region. But a visit - always appreciated - in the 800 meters of galleries surrounding the restaurant. 15 minutes to discover the ovens and the secret of cooking the crowds.

Une cuisine simple et locale adaptée au lieu atypique que sont des grottes. La visite de celles-ci au milieu du repas fait de ce moment une expérience très originale. Les fouaces sont en outre goûteuses et proposées en nombre. Le service est impeccable et très souriant.
