There is no more unusual type of restaurant! The Moulin de Sarré offers you a historic culinary experience. Made with the mill's own millstone flour, these delicious little bread bubbles baked in a mobile wood-fired oven are filled with regional products, for everyone's pleasure! At the inn, opt for the menu with all-you-can-eat fouées and their fillings: rillettes d'Anjou, mogettes, farce de la meunière... All served with a red Anjou !
