The Association des Parents Gays et Lesbiens (APGL) is a self-help association based in Erdre-en-Anjou. It offers information and experience-sharing activities for homoparental families. APGL also has a legal space reserved for members, where they can obtain information on their rights and legal procedures. The association also focuses on the fight against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. It takes part in events such as the Paris Pride March, and is committed to obtaining more rights for homoparental families. APGL is a member of the European network of LGBT family associations (NELFA) and is supported by the Délégation Interministérielle à la Lutte Contre le Racisme, l'Antisémitisme et la Haine anti-LGBT (DILCRAH).
