Dominique Martin is the third generation on this field that deserves a detour. Its range of Saumur charm the palate. At the sale, one of the oldest red vines 2003, remarkably structured, to drink now. Also, a white old vines 2004, high in oak barrels, beautiful length and rounded in mouth, a wine easy to place during meals on white meat, but also very pleasant at aperitif. The staff were friendly.
