Simple and welcoming, this is a truck stop with healthy cuisine "just like home". A wide range of classic starters (plenty of raw vegetables, salads, melon, cold cuts, etc.) is available at the buffet. The main course is meat or fish, but you will appreciate the variety and quality of the cheeses presented on the platter. Traditional desserts are available on a self-service basis: fruit salad, floating island, cream, pastries... And as we are in the Saumurois, a pleasant fruity local wine is waiting on the table to complete this meal.
