Simple, traditional, well-executed cuisine in a spacious restaurant with a splendid view of the Loire River.
While the interior design of this large, handsome establishment has little to do with the Loire region, the view from its bay windows over the royal river is enough to delight even the most jaded of diners! The cuisine here is traditional, combining simple dishes with more elaborate recipes. For starters, there's an egg casserole or goat's cheese salad, followed by a hearty burger, fillet of sea bass or prawns a la plancha. For dessert, the raspberry delight and the chocolate and pecan success are beyond reproach.
