Starting from Baugé, the Voie Verte puts lovers of the little queen in the saddle on what is undoubtedly the most beautiful bicycle path in Anjou. 50 km of lanes reserved for non-motorized vehicles, cyclists, walkers and riders (and even rollerblades or strollers, on some sections), linking Baugé and La Flèche to Lude, in the Sarthe region. A great moment of escape in perspective! From Baugé, you will follow the track traced by an old railway line for circuits of about twenty kilometres or loops that will take you back to your starting point. The route is dotted with sites where you can rent or repair your bike, but also discover the essential places of Maine-et-Loire. You can also enjoy accommodation adapted to cyclists, or simply eat. On arrival, you can visit the superb zoo of La Flèche, or relax in the gardens of the Château du Lude, the architectural jewel of the French Renaissance. A sporty, ecological outing that will take you off the beaten track!
