A subsidiary of 3 F, 1 st French HLM Group, Real Estate Podeliha was born from the reconciliation of three companies of HLM: The Roof Angevin, the Val de Loire and Anjou Betors (precursor of individual houses concepts). These three historical actors of social housing in Anjou manage the land and movements of nearly 20,000 housing units spread over 200 municipalities in the region. This company deploys all the missions of a HLM company: construction of housing to environmental standards, maintenance and upgrading of existing rental units, presentation of a diversified housing offer, accompanying tenants in situations of fragility, student accommodation and, finally, guiding and encouraging tenants in their residential journey until the acquisition of property. It does not forget people with disabilities with perfectly adapted housing and creates a program for access to property for the most disadvantaged.
