A sure thing! If Chez Rémi's cuisine is still impeccable (we could even talk about culinary ethics!), we also come here for the setting (superb vintage decoration, old beams, colourful paintings), the atmosphere, the smile of the staff.... In short, bistronomical in its warmest and most convivial aspect. There is no talk of convoluted talk about food and wine pairing, the pleasure is there.... Food traceability is important here. All producers, often local, are listed on a large slate, and a large part of the products are certified organic. Simple recipes in the statement and presentation, but whose flavours will remain in your memory for a long time: fried duck foie gras escalope or salmon mousse as an appetizer, roasted mackerel or whole quail accompanied by its small vegetables as a main course: each time it is a flawless recipe, until the dessert where the caramelized apple and its orange financier are accompanied by a kind of whipped cream whose secret is still being sought...
