Excellent bistro cuisine in a restaurant a few steps from the train station in Angers.

We still love the atmosphere and setting of this bistronomic restaurant, just a stone's throw from the station, expertly run by Alexandre Tessier. For the hungriest, the pate-croûte moutarde (a local specialty) is a must-try, before moving on to entrecote de cochon fermier with sautéed potatoes, braised Loire catfish, or melting polenta with leek and wild garlic. The desserts are also top-notch, with yellow kiwi pavlova or chocolate and blood orange ganache. And the wine list is beyond reproach!

J’ai tout adoré,tout mangé de la vraie bonne cuisine française avec du goût,mention spéciale pour le pâté en croute.Attention les portions sont très copieuses pour des bons mangeurs !
