Excellent bistro cuisine in a restaurant a few steps from the train station in Angers.

We still love the atmosphere and setting of this bistronomic restaurant, just a stone's throw from the station, expertly run by Alexandre Tessier. For the hungriest, the pate-croûte moutarde (a local specialty) is a must-try, before moving on to entrecote de cochon fermier with sautéed potatoes, braised Loire catfish, or melting polenta with leek and wild garlic. The desserts are also top-notch, with yellow kiwi pavlova or chocolate and blood orange ganache. And the wine list is beyond reproach!

Voilà au moins cinq fois que j’y vais, je n’ai jamais mangé une seule fois la même chose. Des plats toujours très bons, généreux et toujours adapté à ceux qui ne mangent pas de viande.
