Inventive cuisine by chef Emmanuel Martin in a restaurant with a veranda facing the Maine River, close to the centre of Angers.

The countryside, yes, but only 5 minutes from the city centre! We come here for the calm and the bucolic setting, with this beautiful veranda facing the Maine river, but also to taste a high quality cuisine, concocted for over 15 years by Emmanuel Martin. A three-part menu: land and sea, but also vegetarian/vegan starters, main courses and desserts, depending on the season and the chef's inspiration. A cuisine open to the world but based on local products, some of which are organically grown. At the top!

Le cadre est sympa car il offre une la rare possibilité de déjeuner à Angers face à l'eau... Les plats proposés sont classiques mais bien préparés. Service en revanche un peu lent... et facture un peu salée pour des prestations de niveau somme toute standard...
