At the same time a café (for the morning black breakfast, from 8 am), a night bar and a restaurant, this Chouette has been able to replace the famous Caves du Ralliement with dignity by proposing since its opening a quality French cuisine, brasserie style, with a little touch of exoticism for some dishes. Truffle croque, homemade pork nems or chorizo quesadillas as starters, followed by an excellent filet of sea bream, tom kha kaï chicken (Thai recipe), linguine with basil pistou, tuna tataki or entrecote with butter. As for desserts, the floating island is served alongside a fine apple pie, strawberries with whipped cream or chocolate cake.
