Gastronomic, tasty and generous cuisine in a chic restaurant with private terrace in Angers.
We're so spoiled at Bistrot des Ducs! Chef Kevin Le Faucheux has been working wonders since the restaurant opened in 2016. Reservations are essential, as the restaurant is often packed to the rafters, thanks to these flavorful dishes! Take, for example, this perfectly cooked, tender and juicy back of saithe, set in a mussel emulsion with sake, dressed with grilled chorizo chips and samphire. We finish with a fresh fruit nage and a scoop of lime sorbet, a light ending to the meal. With prices so low for such quality on the plate, and service as friendly as it is fast, Le Bistrot des Ducs is a benchmark.

Petit restaurant très sympathique en centre ville d’Angers. Le cadre est de très bon goût, la cuisine gourmande et raffinée, le service rapide et impeccable (malgré l’heure de pointe). J’y retournerais avec plaisir !

Vraiment excellent du debut à la fin , service tres agréables rien à dire je recommande vivement ++++. ( mention special pour l équipe et la serveuse Julie tres souriante ).
