Majestic vaulted ceilings, exposed stonework and bluish-toned walls: here, the setting matches the talents of chef Nicolas Adamopoulos. We come to Sens for the strength and purity of its flavors, as well as for the exceptional quality of its produce. Fresh, local, seasonal produce is used to serve two types of menu: Nostimia and Ennia, both of which are available in vegetarian versions. Finally, the menu terroir, from Tuesday to Thursday evenings, puts gastronomy within everyone's reach.

Une superbe adresse, gourmande et chaleureuse. Le lieu, un cellier du XIIe siècle, est magnifique, le service impeccable et sympathique. Les plats sont inventifs, souvent surprenants, toujours délicieux. La dégustation à l’aveugle rend le repas ludique tout en incitant à prêter une attention accrue aux saveurs. Choisir la table du chef apporte un petit plus, en permettant d’être aux premières loges pour observer l’équipe à l’œuvre et échanger avec elle.

Un Voyage culinaire d'exception ! Nous ressortons de ce dîner avec la sensation d'avoir dégusté des mets et des vins délicats et de s'être cultivé par cette découverte culinaire. La vaisselle choisie et les couverts mettent en valeur des créateurs de talent. Un très grand merci à l'équipe de restauration et en salle qui a été au petit soin tout au long du dîner anniversaire. 2 qualificatifs : "Sens" ationnel et éblouissant de saveurs et de couleurs !
