ESCALES GOURMANDES
Seasonal cuisine with good value for money to be enjoyed in a local restaurant in Angers.
A real neighborhood restaurant, often stormed at noon, but reassuring, the place is vast and service of unfailing efficiency! In short, an unpretentious address, where you can eat quickly, very correctly and at a very gentle price. But eat what exactly? Well, a very simple but largely homemade kitchen based on seasonal products. In the entrance, the house terrine also ties with beautiful salads (unless they are chosen in large format as a main dish). For carnivores, we continue with a cotton skewer or a calf blankets. Fish lovers will delight with a bluefin tuna with perfect cooking or a cobble of salmon and its excellent white butter! Desserts are also classic but unflinching, like the merinate lemon pie or chocolate moellem, not forgetting the "specialty" of the House: the cookies. Note that the site is a few meters away from Joachim High School in Bellay, and also offers the youngest formulas with wraps, tartins or sandwiches to take or eat on site. Weakness: A decay too, sober. Talent: The staff were very helpful and helpful.
