Sandwiches and seasonal cuisine using organic produce at a restaurant in Angers.
This canteen on both sides of rue de L'Espine offers organic, homemade and almost 100% vegan fare. In the pretty little room on the left, with its whitewashed walls, a regular clientele comes to order excellent mixed salads, sandwiches served hot panini style, soups and quiches, all served with a smile by Suzy and her mother Bernadette. Every recipe is fresh and seasonal. Choice desserts: rice pudding with almond milk and verbena, marbré with chocolate and vanilla or gingerbread.

L’esprit est très conviviale, comme à la maison. Les plats sont simple et bon et servis en grande quantité. La tarte à la châtaigne est divine ! Je recommande cette endroit pour passer un agréable déjeuné.

Cliente fidèle je suis conquise par la variété de choix végétariens que le restaurant propose . L'équipe est toujours souriante et agréable. C'est un réel plaisir de déguster leur plats, d'autant plus qu'ils les renouvellent chaque jour.
