Sandwiches and seasonal cuisine using organic produce at a restaurant in Angers.
This canteen on both sides of rue de L'Espine offers organic, homemade and almost 100% vegan fare. In the pretty little room on the left, with its whitewashed walls, a regular clientele comes to order excellent mixed salads, sandwiches served hot panini style, soups and quiches, all served with a smile by Suzy and her mother Bernadette. Every recipe is fresh and seasonal. Choice desserts: rice pudding with almond milk and verbena, marbré with chocolate and vanilla or gingerbread.

De délicieux plats dans une ambiance comfortable sans artifices. Un menu simple mais bien fait, local, bio et végétarien mais pas que. Je recommande fortement leurs soupes et quiches ainsi que leurs desserts. Chez Suzie tout est fait maison et avec amour et cela se ressent dans l’assiette. C’est l’endroit parfait pour partager un repas réconfortant avec ses proches.

J’ai découvert cette semaine cet endroit qui m’a touché gustativement comme pour sa démarche éco-responsable. La quiche du jour aux blettes et fromage frais ainsi que le sablé coco étaient délicieux. Un super endroit comme un super accueil. Je recommande ++.
