Restaurant offering freshly made soufflés and excellent crepes and galettes in a superb setting in Angers.
Never out of breath (okay, that's an easy one!) this friendly little restaurant on rue Lenepveu specializes in soufflés. From the classic ham and cheese to the very elaborate scallops, sole and crayfish, chicken supreme or fresh smoked salmon. For dessert, the pistachio, raspberry and caramel sauce soufflé is a must, but it's also hard to resist the call of chocolate with red fruit sauce, or the armagnac soufflé with blond grapes macerated in calvados.
