Restaurant proposing a 100% vegetal and organic cuisine in Angers.
Open since 2021, Maison Watson is one of those addresses we're always keen to defend. Angers has only a handful of restaurants offering entirely vegan cuisine, and Maison Watson is one of them. The setting is warm and minimalist, and the service is friendly, fast and efficient. The cuisine is 100% plant-based and the products are organically grown. The cuisine is simple and homey, making it an ideal lunchtime spot. On the plate, for example, you'll find a delicious bell pepper and white bean piperade with smoked tofu and quinoa, and for dessert a lovely blueberry jelly cheesecake.
