Restaurant offering Asian cuisine, based on fresh produce, cheap in Angers.
The emblem of Vietnamese gastronomy in Angers, Chez Minh is everywhere: rue Bressigny, rue Toussaint and, since this year, at Les Halles Biltoki! While our cravings for foreign dishes will certainly be satisfied here, the most sophisticated offering is still to be found on rue Toussaint, where you'll enjoy being pampered by the staff. Here, there are no endless lists of dishes, just classics... and nuggets! The nems and bo buns are of course succulent, as are the pad thaïs, but it would be a shame to miss out on some lesser-known specialties, such as the tamarind sauce knife, the caramelized panga steak with Vietnamese pepper, the chicken soup with sautéed shrimp or the Vietnamese crepe stuffed with pork and shrimp.

Le poulet aigre douce a un goût de poulet basquaise fade , le poulet caramélisé au gingembre celui d'un ragoût à l'eau.
Les nems et samoussas sont en attente de dégustation donc sans avis ...
Grosse déception et réelle insulte à la merveilleuse gastronomie vietnamienne.
